High power screw drilling tool is a kind of downhole power tool used for oil drilling, which can deliver drilling mud to the drill bit and rotate and drill through the drill bit to realise the drilling operation.
 
High-power screw drilling tools usually consist of screw motors, cardan shafts and transmission shafts. Among them, the screw motor is its core component, which converts the pressure energy of the mud into mechanical energy through the rotation of the screw and drives the drill bit to rotate. The cardan shaft and transmission shaft are used to connect the screw motor and the drill bit, and transmit torque and speed.
 
Compared with the traditional drilling method, high-power screw drilling tools have the advantages of fast drilling speed, high drilling efficiency and long bit life.
